Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Executive with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing sales performance, developing agent skills, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs within real estate sales teams
• Design and deliver impactful sales and product training programs
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new real estate agents
• Develop training materials focused on property knowledge, market trends, and closing techniques
• Monitor sales performance and evaluate training effectiveness
• Support leadership development and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Real estate industry experience is mandatory
• Previous experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Target-driven, organized, and performance-focused mindset
