Role

- Shape curriculum across subjects (Math, STEM, Arts, Languages, Social Studies, SEL)

- ⁠Develop progressive, holistic assessment tools

- ⁠Mentor teachers and nurture inclusive pedagogy

- ⁠Partner with families to co-create learning ecosystems

- ⁠Align learning pathways with IGCSE/NIOS standards

Requirements

- Experience in alternative or progressive schools (IGCSE, IB, NIOS, etc.)

- ⁠Strong skills in curriculum design and pedagogy

- ⁠Familiarity with inclusive education and neurodivergent learners

- ⁠Leadership mindset with creativity and adaptability
