The Learning & Development Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training initiatives across the Accounting Division. The role ensures that all employees possess the “Minimum Guaranteed Skills” required for their roles and that team capabilities are aligned with project and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular skills assessments and maintain an up-to-date skills matrix for all employees.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for upskilling.
- Implement and oversee the firm’s “Minimum Guaranteed Skills” framework to ensure compliance.
- Track, analyze, and report on employee training progress and performance to management.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives and encourage a culture of continuous learning.
- Support onboarding by delivering training programs aligned with role expectations for new joiners.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in professional service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
