Learning & Development Officer (Arabic)

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of Learning & Development programs aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and manage competency frameworks , learning paths , and career development plans .
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement effective learning systems and solutions.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Drive employee engagement by designing and executing an annual survey, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategic actions.
  • Oversee rewards and recognition initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation.
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions aligned with the organizational structure.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in L&D, Talent Management, or HR Development.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in designing performance and engagement frameworks.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), training, or a related field.
