Learning & Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Assess organizational and employee training needs through skills gap analysis and stakeholder consultations
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
Create and update learning materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning content
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
Partner with managers to support leadership development and career growth initiatives
Ensure learning programs align with company goals, values, and compliance requirements
Stay current on learning trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Experience with adult learning principles and blended learning approaches
Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Ability to analyze data and measure learning impact
