Position Overview:

Cybernet is looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning & Development Specialist to join our Human Capital Management team. The role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about learning, employee engagement, and organizational development. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful training initiatives, employee growth, and overall workplace well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the L&OD Lead in planning, designing, and implementing training initiatives.

· Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.

· Prepare engaging training decks, modules, and learning materials.

· Develop and manage annual training calendars covering soft skills, technical programs, and well-being sessions.

· Coordinate and implement employee well-being programs and initiatives.

· Plan and oversee employee engagement activities.

· Handle training operations including certification, attendance tracking, and reporting.

· Facilitate smooth execution of on-site and virtual training sessions, ensuring logistical support.

· Manage internal communication for training and development activities.

· Ensure all L&OD initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.

· Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS/virtual training platforms.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
