Leasing Administrator

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leasing Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support leasing operations, manage tenant documentation, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions related to residential & commercial leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process lease agreements, tenancy contracts, and renewal documents in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
  • Manage Ejari registrations and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing documentation, tenant details, and payment status.
  • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and handovers with clients.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with the property management team.
  • Monitor lease expiries and ensure timely renewals or notices for non-renewal.
  • Support the finance department with invoicing, collections, and tracking rental payments.
  • Liaise with tenants, and government entities as required.
  • Generate regular reports on occupancy, lease status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong multitasking ability.
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
