Job Overview:
SBK is seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all leasing activities, including marketing available properties, attracting tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a high occupancy rate. The role offers a high commission structure, providing significant earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Leasing: Manage all aspects of leasing residential and commercial properties within the portfolio. Conduct property showings, provide detailed information to prospective tenants, and close lease agreements.
- Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants. Address inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on rental rates, property values, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to adjust leasing strategies as needed.
- Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Utilize various platforms, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising, to promote available properties.
- Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring that agreements are both profitable and fair. Review and finalize lease contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including tenant applications, lease agreements, and payment schedules. Provide regular reports to management on leasing performance and occupancy rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless tenant experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in leasing or real estate, preferably within the UAE market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
