About Aston Gate

Aston Gate Real Estate is an international boutique brokerage with roots in Canada and a flagship presence in Dubai. We have recently launched our Asset Management Division, focused on helping landlords and investors maximize long-term returns, secure AAA tenants, and professionally manage portfolios across Dubai.

We are not a volume-driven agency. We are a curated firm working with international investors (North America, Europe, GCC) and Dubai landlords who expect premium service and strong ROI.

The Role: Leasing Agent

We are looking for a driven Leasing Agent to join our newly launched Asset Management Division. This is not a cold-calling role. You will be working with warm, qualified leads, existing landlord portfolios, and tenant demand generated by our in-house marketing engine.

You’ll act as the bridge between landlords and tenants — ensuring that properties are leased quickly, contracts are executed smoothly, and clients experience a level of service that justifies Aston Gate’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tenant Acquisition & Leasing
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase rental units effectively.
  • Negotiate and close leasing contracts, targeting 10+ rentals per month.
  • Upsell long-term tenants into full Aston Gate property management packages.
  • Landlord Relationship Management
  • Advise landlords on pricing strategies, tenant screening, and ROI forecasts.
  • Coordinate directly with the Property Manager to ensure smooth move-ins, renewals, and tenancy handovers.
  • Build trust with landlords by reducing vacancy periods and securing high-credential tenants (particularly North American and European expats).
  • Cross-Division Collaboration
  • Work with the Marketing team to convert warm inbound leads.
  • Identify sales opportunities by transitioning rental clients into purchase/investment clients.
  • Support the Asset Management Division in packaging leased properties for resale to overseas investors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of leasing experience in Dubai (real estate background required).
  • RERA license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Salary + Commission Up To 15,000 / month (inclusive of base and commission)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and landlord/tenant processes.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of closing rental deals.
