Why This Role Matters

Aston Gate has officially launched its Asset Management division, focused on leasing, tenant management, and maximizing landlord returns. The Leasing Agent role is the backbone of this division: you’ll be directly responsible for driving consistent rental deals, building tenant relationships, and ensuring long-term income for both our clients and the company.

We are not the typical Dubai brokerage that relies solely on portals. We provide warm, qualified leads—50% of your job is already done for you. With our Canadian roots and international network, you’ll also engage with high-quality North American and European tenants who pay premium rents and commit long-term.

What You’ll Do

• Manage leasing inquiries and close long-term rental deals.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements.
• Build strong landlord/tenant relationships to maximize renewals.
• Collaborate with the Asset Management team to package properties for international investors.
• Track leads and deals through our CRM and reporting system.

What We’re Looking For

• Driven, energetic individuals with strong sales or leasing background (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced market.
• Ability to work with international tenants and landlords.
