Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective tenants and clients.
• Conduct property tours and highlight features, benefits, and lease terms.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Screen and qualify applicants according to company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewal contracts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities.
• Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals.
• Handle tenant concerns and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with leasing regulations and property management software is a plus.
