Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a  Leasing Executive  to manage and lease our portfolio of  freehold properties  across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property management, tenant relations, and Dubai real estate regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities for freehold properties.
• Handle tenant inquiries, viewings, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with property management for maintenance and handovers.
• Ensure all documentation and Ejari registrations are completed accurately.
• Maintain updated records of managed properties and renewals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate leasing in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of freehold property regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• RERA certification preferred.
