Leasing Consultant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Leasing Consultant to handle leasing inquiries, conduct property viewings, and assist tenants throughout the leasing process. The ideal candidate is confident, well-organized, and focused on providing excellent customer service while achieving leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to leasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Convert inquiries into successful leases
• Assist tenants from initial contact through move-in
• Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies
• Handle lease renewals and basic follow-ups
• Maintain accurate leasing records

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service or sales-oriented mindset
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven
• Knowledge of the rental market is an advantage
