We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to join our elite team and help drive our continued growth.

Role Overview

The Senior Real Estate Agent will play a key role in managing high‑value transactions, mentoring junior agents, and expanding the company’s client portfolio. This position requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and close high‑value property transactions across off‑plan and secondary markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and advanced negotiations
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and strategic market activities
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Prepare and manage premium property listings on major real estate portals
• Mentor and support junior agents to enhance team performance
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure seamless transactions
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a strong track record in the UAE market
• Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills
• Ability to manage complex transactions and high‑net‑worth clients
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
