Real Estate Sales and Leasing Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer‑focused, and experienced in the UAE property market, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and manage a pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients
  • Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, communities, and pricing
  • Advertise and promote listings across online platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Abu Dhabi broker license is an advantage
