Leasing Agent

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leases, attracting prospective tenants, and ensuring a smooth rental process.

Responsibilities:

• Market and promote available properties through various channels.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
• Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare and process lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collect and verify tenant documentation and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and tenant communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• University degree
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Preferably residing in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of property management and leasing regulations.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
