Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant - Multilingual Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi. The role will involve tasks related to property brokerage, listing, leasing, development & consultancy services, real estate marketing, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property & facility management.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Arabic and/or a second European language
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in property brokerage, listing, and leasing
• Knowledge of real estate marketing and investment advisory
• Ability to assess property values and provide property appraisal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
