Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Leasing Consultant to join our growing Commercial Real Estate team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial leasing inquiries and guide clients throughout the leasing process.
• Provide expert advisory services on commercial properties across Qatar.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve and exceed leasing targets.
• Bring high-profile clients and reputable brands to maintain the quality and standard of the commercial environment.
• Utilize personal client portfolios and corporate connections (a strong advantage).

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of leasing experience in Qatar (commercial leasing experience is essential).
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market, leasing laws, and commercial leasing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Target-driven, professional, and client-focused attitude.
• Immediately available to join.
