Leasing Executive

Riayah Properties is expanding its portfolio and seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Leasing Agent to join our professional team. We are looking for a confident negotiator with strong market knowledge and a proven track record in the UAE real estate sector.

Position: Leasing Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and lease residential and commercial properties efficiently.
• Conduct property viewings and present units professionally to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and successfully close deals.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and clients.
• Meet and exceed assigned leasing targets.
• Stay updated on UAE market trends and tenancy regulations.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate leasing experience (essential).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE tenancy laws and market practices.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Professional appearance and target-oriented mindset.
