Role Overview
As a Leasing Team Leader at ITW Properties, you’ll lead a team of Leasing Consultants while maintaining your own high-performing client portfolio. You’ll drive leasing growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver expert market insights. This role combines leadership, business development, and brokerage, offering a competitive package and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and top developers to drive consistent leasing growth.

· Guide clients through the leasing process, providing expert, personalized advice to secure the right property fit.

· Deliver market intelligence by sharing timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

· Expand the client base through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.

· Lead and manage a team of Residential Leasing Consultants, ensuring they:

· Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Fully leverage CRM systems and technology tools.

· Stay market-savvy with up-to-date knowledge of new developments, launches, and trends.

· Maintain your own client portfolio and remain an active, high-performing broker.

· Inspire, coach, and motivate your team to consistently achieve and exceed leasing targets.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven expertise: Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market with solid leasing knowledge.

· Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.

· Client excellence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Driven mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a competitive market.

· Essential requirements: Valid UAE Driving License; Abu Dhabi Broker License preferred.

· Market passion: Strong interest in staying current with real estate trends, regulations, and premium property offerings.

· Growth focus: Skilled at generating referrals, expanding networks, and driving business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
