Job Title: Legal Adviser – Real Estate & Construction

Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Sholinganallur

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and construction agreements (sale deeds, lease deeds, JV agreements, EPC, vendor contracts).
• Conduct land due diligence and title verification.
• Ensure compliance with property laws, construction regulations, and statutory approvals.
• Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and external legal counsel.
• Advise management on legal risks, contracts, and claims management.
• LLB from a recognized university with 3–5 years of relevant real estate/construction experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
