Position: Legal Advisor
Key Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of contracts and agreements related to the company’s business transactions (including subsidiaries, when required).

Develop and maintain standard service agreement templates to support sales activities.

Review documentation and correspondence related to company agreements.

Ensure the company’s interests are protected and that contractual risks are appropriately addressed.

Support and participate in compliance audits to ensure agreements align with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Provide legal guidance on corporate matters, including subsidiary structures, shareholder issues, Board of Directors documentation/minutes, and relevant governmental processes (as requested).

Monitor applicable laws and regulations, staying informed of updates that may impact the company’s operations and business affairs.

Communicate relevant legal and regulatory updates to concerned departments in formats approved by the Head of Department.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation, information, and feedback to support legal work.

Provide day-to-day legal advice on operational matters, including claims, tenders, contracts, and other legal issues affecting the company and its subsidiaries.

Translate legal documents between English and Arabic as required.
Candidate Profile

Education: BA in Law from a reputable university.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or in-house counsel role.

Expertise: Strong experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, particularly commercial agency, distributorship, and service agreements.

Language: Bilingual (Arabic/English) is mandatory.
