Legal Advisor

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to manage the company’s legal matters and ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance, drafting agreements, handling disputes, and protecting the company from legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to management on corporate and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and verify agreements such as vendor contracts, lease agreements, employment contracts, and partnership documents.
• Ensure compliance with company law, labor law, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle legal notices, disputes, arbitration, and litigation matters in coordination with external advocates when required.
• Assist in disciplinary procedures and ensure legal validity of company actions.
• Manage licenses, registrations, renewals, and other statutory documentation.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all legal matters and company information.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
