We’re Hiring – Legal Advisor (Real Estate & General Law)
Location: Doha, Qatar | Employment: Full-Time | Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on real estate sales, leasing, and property matters.
• Handle criminal, civil, and labor law issues related to company operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, lease agreements, and sale deeds.
• Advise management on legal risks, compliance, and Qatar laws (property, civil, labor, and criminal).
• Liaise with government departments, legal entities, and stakeholders; handle disputes and litigation.
• Knowledge of company/branch setup is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Law (LLB); Master’s or Real Estate Law specialization preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in real estate/property law; exposure to criminal, civil, and labor law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar laws, ownership structures, and transaction procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English).
• Arab National, Male, based in Qatar with valid QID, immediate joiner.
