Job Description:
- Provide legal research and analysis on business issues, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific compliance.
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international legal standards.
- Support senior legal counsel in client consultations, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents, client files, and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison with external legal advisors, if and when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent)
- 1–3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or regulatory role within the real estate or property sector (experience in professional services preferred).
- Strong legal research, contract review, and drafting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with real estate transactions, property law, leasing, and land use regulations is an asset.
- Comfortable using legal databases and digital communication platforms (e.g., Teams, Loop, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation.
