Key Responsibilities:

Audit Compliance Management: Oversee the legal aspects of internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations during audit processes.

Contract Review and Drafting: Review contracts and agreements related to audit services and compliance matters. Provide legal advice on audit terms and conditions.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting audits and compliance. Ensure the organization is always compliant.

Internal Policies & Procedures: Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating internal audit policies and procedures to ensure they comply with legal requirements.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal and compliance risks in audit processes and recommend mitigating actions.

Collaboration with Audit Teams: Work closely with internal audit teams and external auditors to address compliance issues, ensuring smooth execution of audits.

Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing reports and documentation for senior management regarding audit compliance status and findings.

Training & Awareness: Conduct training and awareness sessions for internal teams on legal and compliance matters related to audits. Liaise with Regulatory Bodies: Liaise with regulatory bodies & visit to government offices, external auditors, and other stakeholders on audit compliance matters.

Other skills & knowledge required: basic knowledge of labour laws, industrial laws and other corporate laws, knowledge and understanding of compliance management software/tools Knowledge and experience of MS Excel, Word, and Power point Awareness of changes/updates in various laws Positive approach on research of applicable laws Positive approach on learning, application and execution of compliances under various laws applicable to Company Willingness to travel PAN India for compliance audits. Willing to support other members from the team. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Good communication skill to interact with stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
