Job Title: Forum Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

GCC Forums LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Forum Operations Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and smooth operation of forums, conferences, and business events. The ideal candidate will coordinate event logistics, manage participant communications, and ensure high-quality delivery of forum activities in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of forums, conferences, and business events.
  • Manage participant registration, invitations, and communication before and after events.
  • Liaise with speakers, moderators, sponsors, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support event scheduling, agenda development, and program coordination.
  • Oversee logistics including venue setup, technical requirements, and materials distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendees, feedback, and event reports.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefing documents, and event summaries.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Provide on-site support during events and resolve operational issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote forum activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in conference, forum, or corporate event management.
  • Familiarity with event registration platforms or CRM systems.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage on-site event operations effectively.
