Summary:
UST is looking for Legal Counseleor
The Opportunity:
Looking for Legal counselor for drafting contracts.
What you need:
Law degree (B.A, LL.B. or equivalent)
8+ years of legal experience with 5 years focused on drafting, review &negotiations of commercial contracts, indirect procurement, and logistics.
Strong understanding of global and regional regulatory frameworks (India/APAC focus).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Indirect Sourcing Contracts:
A. Review and negotiate a wide range of indirect sourcing Agreements / commercial transactions globally, with emphasis on India and APAC, including:
Equipment Purchase Agreements
Services Agreements
Consulting Agreements
Statements of Work (SOWs)

2. Logistics Contracts
A. Review and negotiate Logistics-related agreements with special focus on APAC region, including:
Master Logistics Services Agreements
Transportation Services Agreements
Warehousing Services Agreements
Associated SOWs and amendments for diverse projects
A. Review and negotiate Logistics-related agreements with special focus on APAC region, including:

3. Legal Advisory
A. Provide legal counsel to sourcing, procurement, and logistics business teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure.
B. Advise on regulatory compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption issues through cross-functional collaboration within LCO stakeholders.
