Legal Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile legal professional to serve as our sole in-house counsel, responsible for managing the company's entire legal function. This is a hands-on role that requires a pragmatic business partner capable of handling everything from routine contracts to complex transactional work and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will Handle Everything

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of real estate contracts, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements (commercial and residential), Financing Documents, Joint Venture Agreements, and Construction Contracts.
• Oversee and manage the entire closing process for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Conduct and manage due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
• Resolve title issues, easements, and other property-related Issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
