**Job Title: Legal Executive** **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 Years --- ### **Job Overview:** We are looking for a Legal Executive with minimum 2 years of experience who is well-versed in Gujarati drafting and has practical knowledge of the Garvi Gujarat Portal. The candidate will handle legal documentation, land-related work, and compliance matters under the supervision and guidance of the company’s Advocate. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Drafting of legal documents in **Gujarati**, including: * Sale Deeds * Satakhat (Agreement to Sale) * Banakhat * Affidavits and other property-related documents * Handling and processing work on the **Garvi Gujarat Portal** * Coordination for property registration and documentation * Managing land and property-related approvals * Assisting in legal compliance for ongoing and new projects * Liaison work with government departments and local authorities * Maintaining legal records and documentation systematically * Supporting Advocate in case preparation and documentation --- ### **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal/property documentation * Strong Gujarati drafting skills (mandatory) * Hands-on experience with Garvi Gujarat Portal operations * Knowledge of land laws and real estate documentation preferred * Basic understanding of revenue records and approval processes * Good coordination and follow-up skills * Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, PDF handling, online portals) --- ### **Reporting To:** Company Advocate / Management --- ### **Preferred Candidate Profile:** * Experience in real estate or land-related legal work * Ability to work independently under supervision * Responsible, detail-oriented, and disciplined

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,391.93 - ₹20,199.46 per month
