Job Title: Legal Manager

Job Location: Taxila Cantt

Qualification : LLB / LLM from a reputable institution (advanced legal certifications are a plus).

Experience : 8–10 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in diversified industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Vetting, drafting, and reviewing local and international contracts and agreements.

Handling corporate legal matters, compliance, and regulatory requirements.- Managing cross-border compliance related to imports, exports, foreign entities, and international dealings.

Leading legal aspects of joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships Presenting and pursuing company cases in courts and regulatory forums.

Managing litigation, coordinating with external counsel, and preparing legal briefs.

Ensuring accurate legal documentation, records, and corporate filings.

Providing legal advisory support across departments.

Required Skills:

Strong command over contract drafting & clause vetting (both local and international).

In-depth understanding of cross-border regulations.

Experience in joint ventures, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to independently represent the company in court of law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
