Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide legal advice and support to various business functions.
- Handle disputes, litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel when required.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
- Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks.
- Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
- Conduct legal research and ensure timely resolution of legal queries.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; Master’s degree (LLM) is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with intellectual property laws and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Pay: ₹476,018.21 - ₹1,681,325.16 per year
