Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manager Legal with 5-7 years of working experience to join our Legal Affairs team and help in the Company’s legal matters across various functions.
Job Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and international contracts; ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and international best practices while proactively identifying and mitigating legal risks.

Provide comprehensive legal advisory support to the Company and its affiliates, with particular focus on HR and labour law matters, including employment structuring, disciplinary actions, terminations, workplace disputes, and cross-border employment issues.

Advise on labour and employment frameworks in multiple jurisdictions, including exposure to UAE and other international legal regimes, ensuring compliance with applicable employment and corporate laws.

Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to the Company and its affiliates across contractual, regulatory, labour, data protection, and governance matters.

Support internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk management, and legal implications of business decisions.

Develop, standardize, and maintain contract templates, internal procedures, and legal documentation frameworks.

Draft corporate and legal documents including notices, responses, show cause letters, warnings, circulars, and related correspondence.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and anti-corruption laws including FCPA; support implementation of internal policies through training and legal awareness initiatives.

Manage and oversee litigation matters, in coordination with external counsel.

Conduct legal research on ICT regulations in Pakistan and monitor relevant international legal developments impacting the Company’s operations.
