Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Law (or equivalent legal qualification) is required.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Proven experience in handling AOAs, contracts, and company agreements.
• Experience in establishing new ventures and preparing related agreements.
• Strong knowledge of agreement drafting standards, contract terms, and legal terminology.
• Excellent communication, proofreading, and document preparation skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
