Location: Jaipur (Head Office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Allowances
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office + Field Visits + Travel)

Job Description

We are hiring a Legal Operation Coordinator to manage Bank Recovery & Court Cases.
The role includes coordinating with empanelled lawyers, handling local court filings, tracking hearings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth legal operations.

Candidate must be ready to independently handle Jaipur/local court work and, if required, travel across India to represent the company/bank in courts.

Responsibilities

• Assign & coordinate cases with lawyers (DRT, SARFAESI, Civil/Criminal, NIA 138, PSSA 25).
• Draft petitions, manage filing process & ensure zero delays.
• Maintain cause list, attend Jaipur/local courts when required.
• Take regular hearing updates, collect orders, certified copies.
• Prepare MIS, TIR (Travel & Inspection Report) & LSR (Legal Status Report).
• Update banks & clients with case progress.
• Process advocate bills and maintain ERP/Excel records.
• Travel across India for urgent case hearings, client representation, or special assignments.

Requirements

• LLB Graduate (mandatory)
• 2+ years experience in court filing / legal coordination / recovery cases preferred
• Knowledge of DRT, SARFAESI, Civil & Criminal procedures
• Good drafting, communication & MS Excel/ERP skills
• Must be willing to handle local court work independently and travel anywhere in India in emergency
• Jaipur-based candidates preferred
