Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Transcribe documents and prepare reports
- Manage inventory and order office supplies
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Note: This position is for a Legal Secretary/Receptionist.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
