ROLE PROFILE

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Support the implementation of global best practices in operational brand management, ensuring efficient and scalable procedures across all venues.
  • Conduct benchmarking and performance reviews to identify operational trends, guest expectations, and opportunities to improve brand execution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, F&B, HR, Facilities) and external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and company objectives across all operational areas.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure in-store branding and customer experience are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the execution of new product launches and in-store activations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary actions to enhance brand perception.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.
