LGS Project Manager/ Steel Expert

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate modular construction projects based on LGS (Light Gauge Steel) technology. The successful candidate must be expert in LGS constructions and structures. He will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — from planning and design to execution and handover — ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with the highest quality standards.

Knowledge how to work with LGS structures is the MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of modular and LGS-based construction projects
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure alignment between factory fabrication and site installation
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and logistics for efficient on-site execution
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals (ADM, DMT, Civil Defense, etc.) are obtained and maintained
• Monitor project KPIs, safety compliance, and quality assurance
• Maintain strong client communication and provide regular progress updates
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Minimum 3years of project management experience, preferably with modular or steel-frame construction projects in the UAE
• Strong understanding of LGS technology, modular building principles, and off-site manufacturing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project (preferably)
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes, local authority processes, and approval systems
• Fluent in English (Arabic is Native)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
