SkinCeuticals SkinLab by Maffi Plastic Surgery is a physician-owned, well-established and evolving medical aesthetic practice serving Scottsdale and Chandler. Our practice is owned and operated by Dr. Terry Maffi, a board-certified plastic surgeon at Maffi Plastic Surgery in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

As a SkinCeuticals partner practice, we focus on science-backed skincare, advanced technology, and elevated patient care. We are seeking an experienced licensed aesthetician who is professional, patient-focused, and passionate about medical-grade skincare.

This position is for our Chandler (Casa Paloma) locations.

Job Summary

SkinLab by Maffi Plastic Surgery is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This opportunity is ideal for an aesthetician who is confident in their treatments, passionate about skin health, and excited to build a strong, loyal patient base within a physician-led practice.

Position Overview

This is a commission-only role, compensated at 25% of treatment net revenue and 10% of retail net revenue, with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling. The ideal candidate is self-driven, professional, and understands the importance of patient experience, results, and long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and device-based treatments
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment recommendations, and long-term skin health
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products in alignment with SkinLab protocols
• Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments while maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Accurately document treatments and patient interactions in the medical record
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
• Collaborate with providers and front office staff to support overall practice growth

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician license
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and aesthetic treatments
• Excellent communication, customer service, and consultation skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-based environment
• Professional, dependable, and growth-oriented mindset
• Laser experience and certifications are a plus
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events
• Ability to travel between Scottsdale and Chandler locations

Compensation

• Commission-only compensation at 25% of treatment net revenue and 10% of retail net revenue
• No hourly or salary component
• High earning potential tied directly to performance, retail, and patient retention

Hours of Operation

Monday: Closed
Tuesday and Wednesday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Thursday: 9 AM to 7 PM
Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM to 3 PM

Access to Protected Health Information (PHI)

This role requires access to PHI, including electronic scheduling, billing systems, and medical records. Responsibilities may include reviewing patient documentation to support physicians and clinical staff.

Work Location: In person
