Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time to full-time licensed aesthetician who is confident, professional and passionate about medical aesthetics and patient results. This role includes working with advanced treatments and medical grade technology, while building long term relationships with patients through education and customized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate is motivated to grow, comfortable recommending treatment plans and skincare, and thrives in a high touch, patient centered environment.

Responsibilities

Perform in office treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL and skin rejuvenation treatments

Perform microneedling and energy-based procedures

Provide customized facials and advanced skin treatments such as dermaplane, dermabrasion, chemical peels

Educate patients on services, treatment plans, series and long-term skin goals

Recommend medical grade skincare and treatment packages when appropriate

Document treatment notes accurately and thoroughly

Participate in ongoing training, education and skill development

Deliver a professional, warm and elevated patient experience

Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to checkout.

Collaborate with providers, management and support staff

Maintain a clean, organized and compliant treatment environment

Requirements

Active Texas esthetician license

Active BLS/CPR License

Laser Hair Technician Level 3/Senior Level

Experience with lasers and energy-based devices required

Experience with social media management highly desirable, but not required

Strong communication and patient education skills

Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships

Comfortable recommending retail skin care and treatment plans

Professional demeanor, reliability and attention to detail

Schedule

Part-time to Full-time position; flexibility is important for schedule; Monday-Saturday

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus commission on retail; service commission based on tier system
