Eye Care Center of Colorado Springs is seeking a Licensed Aesthetician to join our team and help grow the aesthetic and ocular wellness side of our practice. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and the business side of aesthetics. The right candidate will take initiative in helping develop and expand our aesthetic services while providing an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by educating clients on dry eye and aesthetic treatments, and customized treatment plans.
• Conduct consultations and help patients select services or packages that best meet their goals.
• Review treatment costs, expectations, and required consents prior to procedures.
• Assist in growing the aesthetic side of the practice through patient education, marketing ideas, and social media engagement.
• Maintain medical equipment and ensure treatment rooms and instruments meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with optometrists and the practice administrator to create a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
• Support administrative tasks related to aesthetic services, scheduling, and follow-up care.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong commitment to patient care.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned.
