We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, client experience, and results-driven treatments to join our team.

Position Overview

The Aesthetician will provide professional skincare treatments, educate clients on treatment options and home care, and support the medical team in delivering exceptional aesthetic services. This role also includes identifying opportunities to enhance client results by recommending complementary treatments, including injectables or other advanced services offered by our office.

Responsibilities

Perform professional skincare treatments including:

Customized facials

Chemical peels

Dermaplaning

Hydrafacials or advanced facial treatments

Conduct client consultations and skin analyses

Develop customized treatment plans and skincare regimens

Recommend additional services that may benefit clients, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.) and other advanced aesthetic treatments

Recommend and sell professional skincare products

Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms

Follow all medical spa protocols and sanitation standards

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications

Active Aesthetician / Facial Specialist License

1+ years experience in a spa or medical spa preferred

Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Comfort discussing and recommending additional aesthetic treatments

Sales and retail experience

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work evenings and some weekends if needed

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
