This is a sales-based position. We’re looking for a highly driven, proven sales professional who also happens to be a licensed esthetician. Half of this role is sales, and success means confidently closing retail, driving rebooking, and converting memberships — all while delivering amazing, customized treatments.

If you’re not comfortable with sales or meeting quotas, this won’t be the right fit. But if you thrive on results, love recommending products, and enjoy helping clients commit to long-term care, we want to interview you.

Massage Envy experience and PCA product knowledge are a huge plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform customized facials and body treatments based on individual client needs and goals
• Confidently sell retail products and service enhancements
• Deliver a safe, consistent, and results-focused experience for every guest
• Perform advanced skincare services with confidence and professionalism
• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term care
• Meet or exceed sales and performance quotas that are actively tracked by leadership

Qualifications:

• Valid California Esthetician License (BarberCosmo)
• 2+ year of experience in a spa, salon, or clinic setting
• 2+ year of sales experience — must be comfortable meeting quotas
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Understanding of proper sanitation and safety standards
