Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary sales leader to join our Light Commercial & Enterprise Business Unit (BU) in Kolkata, India. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic growth, develop sales strategies, and maximize profitability for our light commercial and enterprise segments.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share in the light commercial and enterprise sectors

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to capitalize on them

Oversee financial performance, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for the BU

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Kolkata and surrounding regions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of BU sales goals with overall organizational objectives

Drive product and service innovation to meet evolving customer needs in the light commercial and enterprise sectors

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management

Travel within Kolkata and surrounding regions as required for business development and client management
Qualifications-
BE / Diploma, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial or enterprise business sectors, with a proven track record in sales leadership

Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable sales plans

Excellent business development and client relationship management capabilities

Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management

In-depth knowledge of light commercial and enterprise markets, including industry trends and competitive landscape

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and relevant business software

Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies

Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Kolkata and surrounding regions

Willingness to travel within Kolkata and surrounding regions for client meetings and business development
