Limo Dispatcher (Remote)

Job Description:

The Limo Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating limousine services for clients across the US. This role involves ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of limousines, maintaining communication with drivers and clients, and resolving any service-related issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Remote
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Duration: 8 hours per shift
Experience: Minimum 1 years in the limousine industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the limousine dispatch team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Monitor and coordinate schedules, routes, and driver assignments to optimize efficiency and meet client needs.
• Handle client inquiries, booking confirmations, and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Support dispatch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Utilize dispatch software effectively to manage trip details, updates, and overall fleet management.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on operational performance to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the limousine or transportation industry, with at least 1 years in a dispatch.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage schedules and handle client interactions.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and other relevant tools used in the limousine industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
