Role Description

As a Senior Truck Dispatcher , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end USA dispatch operations, ensuring maximum profitability, on-time performance, and smooth driver coordination.

This is a leadership-focused operational role requiring strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

You will:

• Manage daily dispatch operations for assigned fleet

• Book high-paying loads using multiple load boards

• Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers

• Plan efficient routes to maximize RPM and reduce dead miles

• Coordinate closely with drivers for timely pickups & deliveries

• Monitor shipments via GPS tracking and ensure on-time performance

• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations & documentation requirements

• Handle escalations, detention, layovers & operational challenges

• Maintain strong broker relationships

• Support and guide junior dispatchers when required

Requirement

• 3+ years of proven USA truck dispatching experience
• Strong command of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Excellent rate negotiation & broker communication skills
• Deep understanding of DOT compliance & safety standards
• Strong fleet planning & operational decision-making ability
• Ability to work under pressure in a performance-driven environment
• Leadership mindset with mentoring capability
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
