Line Cook- in Asian or Japanese Restaurant

WE ARE HIRING – LINE COOK (ASIAN / JAPANESE CUISINE)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at a reputable Asian/Japanese restaurant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in an Asian or Japanese restaurant
• Knowledge of sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen, teriyaki, and other Asian dishes
• Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
• Follow kitchen safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR1,900.00 per month
