WE ARE HIRING – LINE COOK (ASIAN / JAPANESE CUISINE)
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at a reputable Asian/Japanese restaurant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in an Asian or Japanese restaurant
- Knowledge of sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen, teriyaki, and other Asian dishes
- Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Follow kitchen safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef as required
