Job Purpose

The Listing Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality property listings, ensuring accuracy across platforms, and providing excellent service to landlords, sellers, and clients. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to secure exclusive listings, manage property data, and support the sales and leasing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming client inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins; provide prompt and professional responses.

• Verify and create property listings for both sales and leasing on CRM, company database, and online portals.

• Negotiate with landlords and sellers to secure exclusive and verified listings.

• Obtain and verify all required documentation for property listings.

• Update landlords/sellers weekly regarding the status of their properties.

• Ensure all listings are updated daily with accurate pricing, availability, and details.

• Coordinate with the marketing department for photoshoots, campaigns, and online promotions.

• Maintain listing quality standards with a 95%+ score across all portals.

• Regularly refresh listings to maximize visibility and ensure competitive positioning.

• Support agents by providing updated property information and availability lists.

• Prepare monthly forecast reports for management.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends and competitor activity.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and online property portals.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Professional, adaptable, and client-focused approach.
