Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Realtor to represent clients in property transactions across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. This role involves managing listings, conducting viewings, and guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property tours, market evaluations, and price negotiations
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and financing options
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and closing documents
• Promote property listings through digital marketing, open houses, and networking
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal regulations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to facilitate transactions

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the UAE
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and online listing platforms
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
