Listing Agent - Real Estate

Job Title: Listing Agent – Abu Dhabi
Salary: From AED 3,000/month

We are hiring ambitious and motivated Listing Agents in Abu Dhabi!

Key Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior real estate experience are welcome.
• Must currently reside in the UAE and understand UAE work culture.
• Willing to work and relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM/system skills.
• Professional, polished, and confident in client-facing situations.
• UAE driving license + car preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to evaluate properties and explain listing benefits.
• Provide market analysis including comparable listings, pricing trends, and strategies.
• Advise owners on the best listing approach (sale or rent) to maximize value.
• Secure signed listing agreements and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Maintain regular communication with owners and provide updates on listing progress.
• Collaborate with the Portal Listing Team to create professional online listings, including photos, videos, and virtual tours.
• Generate new listing leads through personal networks, industry contacts, and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with sales/leasing teams to negotiate offers, pricing, and terms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address owner concerns.
• Track and report listing performance, including leads, viewings, offers, and market changes.
• Provide regular updates to management on listing performance.
